If you are unsatisfied for any reason—whether due to defects, a change of mind, or any other concern—you are entitled to return or exchange your purchase under the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Which Items Qualify:

  • Both personalized and standard products can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and all included accessories must be sent back with the product.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date shown as delivered in your tracking information to submit a return or exchange request.

Step 2 – Follow Our Guidance
We will respond within 1 business day with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3 – Prepare and Ship
Repack the item securely with its original packaging and labels, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.


4. Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges may be requested in place of a refund during the 30-day window.

  • We will only process the exchange once the returned product has been inspected to ensure it is still new and unused.

  • Shipping is completely free on both the return and the new replacement item.


5. Condition Standards

  • Items must not be worn, altered, washed, or otherwise used.

  • Products showing signs of wear or modification cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Unsellable returns (damaged, missing packaging, stained, etc.) will not qualify for a refund or exchange and may be returned to you.


6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear pictures of the issue for verification.

  • Once confirmed, we will provide you with a free return label.

  • You may then select either a full refund or a replacement, at no extra cost to you.


7. Free Returns – No Extra Charges

  • Every return comes with free prepaid shipping.

  • We never charge restocking fees or hidden costs.

  • Your refund will always reflect the full purchase price.


8. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Reimbursements are made directly to your original payment method (PayPal or card).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


9. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Unless specifically marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page, all items are covered under this policy.

  • Unlike many other stores, we allow returns of most custom and personalized items if they are still new and unused, so you can shop with peace of mind.


10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please carefully review your personalization details, shipping address, and product selection before placing your order.

  • Contact us before shipping anything back—returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

  • Be sure to include all accessories, packaging, and tags when returning an item.
