Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

IAcorner provides delivery services only within the United States, covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO destinations, or PO Boxes.
Orders placed with an address outside our service area will be canceled automatically and refunded in full.

2. Free Shipping

Every order from IAcorner qualifies for FREE Standard Shipping—no minimum purchase required.
This benefit is applied instantly at checkout without the need for promo codes or additional steps.
The amount shown at checkout is the final cost—no surprises or hidden fees.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders submitted and paid for by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday will enter production on the same business day.
Orders placed after this cut-off, or during weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)

Because each item is made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, we require a short preparation period.
Processing/production time:

  • 2 to 4 business days
    Fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
    An email notification will be sent as soon as your order moves into production.

5. Shipping & Transit Time

We partner with leading carriers—USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to provide safe and efficient delivery.

  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday

  • Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking details, which will be emailed once your package is dispatched.

6. Total Delivery Time

Typical orders arrive between 5 and 9 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery time = Production Time + Transit Time.

Example:
Order placed on Monday at 1:00 PM → enters production same day → ships Tuesday–Thursday → arrives between Thursday and the following Tuesday.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses (as submitted by the customer) are not eligible for free replacement.
If you need to make corrections, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: While most orders arrive promptly, unexpected events such as severe weather, carrier delays, or holiday peaks may extend delivery times. We’ll notify you if your shipment is impacted.

  • Lost/Damaged: If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After investigation, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
