2. Nature of Products & Personalization

All IACorner products are made-to-order and typically customized based on the information you provide (such as names, dates, messages, or colors).

  • Handcrafted Production: Each product is handmade with materials like wood, acrylic, and non-toxic paints. Natural variations in wood grain, color, or design layout may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of your item, not defects.

  • Images & Descriptions: Product photos are real examples of our work. The final product may differ slightly due to personalization or material differences.

  • Personalization Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted personalization details (e.g., spellings, dates) are correct when placing an order.

3. Order Placement & Payment

  • How to Order: Select your product, enter the required personalization, review carefully, and complete checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All card payments are processed securely through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Change Window: Because products are custom-made, you may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.

  • After 12 Hours: Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Please confirm personalization and shipping details before finalizing your order.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) with handling times of 2–4 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.

  • Carriers: Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Times: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Most customers receive their order within 5–9 business days total.

  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

  • Shipping Limits: We ship within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

6. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a full and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Delays: Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier issues, or holiday surges. We will notify you of any known delays.

  • Lost/Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. Once verified, we will replace the order at no extra cost.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Personalized Orders: Because items are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or post-production change requests.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 7 days. Provide photos for verification. If approved, we will replace or refund the order free of charge.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Pricing: All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Final Total: The complete price, including applicable sales tax, will be displayed before purchase. No hidden charges apply.

  • Promotions: Discounts or promo codes will be clearly advertised and applied at checkout if valid.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on iacorner.com—including designs, product photos, branding, and written descriptions—remains the exclusive property of IACorner. No material may be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Security

  • Your information is used only for order processing, customer communication, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except for secure payment processing and shipping purposes. 

11. Limitation of Liability

IACorner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of your order.
